Cogent Solutions International offers high-speed, low-cost metal press and precision folding service with CNC Press Brake machine.

CNC Press Brake is capable of pressing 120 Ton for up to 3.7 metres.

We can press:

3 mm steel up to 3.7 metres

6 mm steel up to 3.0 metres

8, 10, and 12 mm brackets

The CNC hydraulic system has proportional valves that control the amount of oil fed into each cylinder for accurate bending. The control system has graphical and numerical programming and tool libraries that can also be viewed graphically or numerically. The back gauge is extremely fast driven by a Panasonic servo motor and the accuracy ensured with linear guides and ball screw.

Linear guides for the sheet supports are a standard feature making the movement of the front sheet supports quick with smooth movement. Hydraulic crowing ensures a perfect bend every time with no deformation of the material.
