From a diverse and rich background in the exploration of life Frederick Krasey is now recognized internationally as a pioneer in the application of new approaches to organizational design and culture in the Marketing and Manufacturing sectors.
Frederick possesses a profound understanding and insight into the human condition, he is also an extremely accomplished entrepreneur, public speaker, business owner and community leader. Frederick has established over 6 successful organizations in his life as well as contributing on the board of several voluntary communities and business based organizations and currently shares his experience as a mentor and facilitator with many other businesses and groups.
Frederick not only has the advantage of having been exposed to many dilemmas and dynamics of life from the social welfare and mental health systems to the world of community, business and different bio-psycho-social units which have lead him to an intensive study of various religious and social systems, psychology, philosophy and the intricacies of the diversity of the personal development industry. His broad experience and knowledge in these areas make him a unique source of insight in Australia. This also gives him a competitive edge in the area of Internet Marketing.
His varied experiences in life are equalled only to his wide business knowledge through a diverse range of business ventures. At the age of 25 he turned his first company into the largest privately owned security company in Victoria. In the later life he turned his representational, people and selling skills on Real Estate and broke all records in sales winning several awards for excellence and outstanding performance. He also ran a very successful graphic design and media company for over 7 years.
His passion for learning and gathering information has been a key attribute that has lead him to outstanding accomplishments in whatever field he has turned his attention to. Currently Frederick is the Managing Director of Cogent Solutions International, a business consulting, web design and internet marketing company.
